Cub Scout Programme
We are now able to provide a programme for Cub Scouts based on the Road Safety and Home Safety badges. This is available Monday to Thursday from 6.30 to 8.00 pm. The minimum charge for a visit is £102.00 plus VAT with more than 20 cubs being charged at £5.10 plus VAT.
Adults with Additional Needs
The Risk Factory is now expanding its programmes to facilitate tours for adults with additional needs who are moving towards greater independence and possibly independent living. The programme will still be based mainly on our Primary 7 curriculum but we can tailor some of our scenarios to the needs of other groups. Although we have a wide range of scenarios available we suggest that groups base their tour on only those scenarios relevant.
Before your group visits the centre we require a group leader(s) to carry out a previsit. This will allow centre staff and the group leader(s) the opportunity to identify the specific needs of the group, discuss the most suitable scenarios and give the leaders the chance to see the centre. The cost of the group visit is £8.10 plus VAT per adult taking part in the tour, there is no charge for group leaders.
